An FIR filed against Togadia for giving "Hate Speech". He given the Hate Speech in Bhavnagar City against Muslim People. Togadia is a VHP party Leader. It happens in the Election Campaign Speech in Bhavnagar. In that Speech the Pravin Togadia asked the locals of a Society here to occupy the houses purchased by the Muslim Man in the Hindu Majority area. The District Collector and Returning officer PK. Solanki said to the reporters FIR has been filled against the VHP Leader Pravin Togadia for giving the "Hate Speech" against Muslim Man.

FIR filed under the Section 153(A) for intention to cause disorder,promoting enmity between religious groups and incite people to violence.Section 153(B) for who assests, propagates or publishes at any class of persons by reasons of their being members of any religious, racial,language or regional group or caste or community be denied,or deprived of their rights as citizens of India. Section 188 for disobedience to order duly promulgated by the Election Commission by way of its notification of Election. The poll panel also asked the District Collector to take action against the Pravin Togadia and give report as soon as possible.
